Beau & Bell at South Farm
We were delighted to welcome back Beau & Bell to a beautiful site nestled within our valley at the foot of the South Downs.
With just 10 bell tents and a large communal tent, our site is small and peaceful. We are fortunate enough to be surrounded by gorgeous downland, positioned close to the historic town of Lewes, vibrant Brighton, and only 7 miles from the stunning Sussex coastline. A fantastic location for a few days camping.
All 10 Beau & Bell tents have fully made up beds, soft matting and furnishings making for a restful stay within the South Downs National Park.
We are taking bookings for summer 2024.
Prices (per bell tent, for up to 4 guests)
Until the end of August 1 night minimum stay
Off Peak (up until 20th July):
£95 / night - Monday to Thursday bookings
£110 / night - when stay includes a Saturday night (i.e. Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)
Peak Season (from 22nd July onwards):
£110 / night
Special mid-week offer £95/night until the end of August - Monday - Thursday.
Extra beds can be accommodated for an additional £25 / night per person, up to a maximum of 6 guests in a tent (subject to availability)

Linen, pillows, duvets are provided. Please note campers will need to bring their own towels and tea towels
All bell tents have 4 beds (1 double/2 singles) for 4 people. Extra beds are charged at £25 per night.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be kept on a lead near livestock and dog mess cleared up.

A deposit is taken in case of damage to furnishings
Whilst the Covid Pandemic persists, please be 100% reassured that we will happily reschedule ALL trips that have been booked with us. We will do this at any point prior to your stay. This guarantee is on top of our normal Terms and Conditions.
